This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No. 27342 of 2024 by order dated 30.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 14 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.27342 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
