ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19262 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is ongoing and final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall report before the learned Principal NDPS Court, Chennai on every first and third Saturday at 10.30 A.M, until further orders.
