ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.884, to an extent of 1800 sq.ft., situated at Plot No.44, ST.Antony Nagar, Park Cross Street, Thirumullaivoyal, Thiruvallur, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for issuance of patta in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.884, to an extent of 1800 sq.ft. situated at Plot No.44, ST.Antony Nagar, Park Cross Street, Thirumullaivoyal, Thiruvallur, in the light of the order passed by the Director of Land and Survey, Chennai, dated 20.12.2024, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
