This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22242 of 2024 by an order dated 23.09.2024 passed by this Court to appear before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case is pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.9623 of 2021. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.12.2024.

3. Heard both sides. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22242 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai on 20.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
