This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring the respondents 23 to 26 on record as legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent Palaniammal by ranking them as respondents 30 to 33 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, 3rd respondent died on 11.08.2023. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring the legal representatives of 3rd respondent.

3. Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 7 has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 3rd respondent are impleaded as respondents 30 to 33 in the above Second Appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. Issue notice to the unserved respondents through court and post returnable by 17.10.2024.
