ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners submitted a representation for regularisation of their service in the available post of Driver. However, it does not whisper about the impugned order dated 14.02.2023. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to submit fresh representation before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
