ORDER
These petitions have been filed to modify, amend the satisfaction court and to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P No. 16095 of 2024.
2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to that effect the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerks' Welfare Association, Salem and further four weeks time is granted to comply with the conditions. Further, the petition to amend the satisfaction court in Crl.OP. No. 16095 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
3. Accordingly, Crl.MP. Nos. 17610, 17612, 17614 of 2024 are ordered.
