Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent with No.PSHS/S3/2022-23/1231 dated 14.02.2023 and to quash the same in respect of the petitioner and consequently to direct the second respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner in the available vacancy of Driver with effect from the date of appointment with all other consequential benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 2/4

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted his representation for regularization of his service in the available post of Driver. However, it does not whisper about the impugned order dated 14.02.2023. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is also directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
