Respondents [in both W.Ps.] COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the services of the 95 members of the petitioner's union working as Sanitary Workers and 85 members of the petitioner's union working as [NMRs] respectively in the second respondent Corporation as per Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment [Conferment of Permanent Status to Workmen] Act, 1981 with all attendant benefits.
