ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the case and direct the second respondent to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.82 of 2025 for the offence under Section 194 of BNSS Act, on the file of the Respondent Police within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's daughter had committed suicide because of continuous torture and harassment of her husband demanding money and an FIR was filed in Crime No.82 of 2025. Though FIR was filed on 11.03.2025, till date no Final report has been filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that action dropped and RCS has been served.
