This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 493 days for deposit the deficit Court and to permit the appellant to deposit the deficit Court fee of Rs.23,395/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.144961 of 2019.

2.Affidavit of service has been filed and it is seen that the respondents have been served with notice. There is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 493 days is condoned.
