ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the 1/4

condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.26683 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted bail to the petitioner on condition to appear before the respondent police on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and she had been complied the condition from 24.12.2024 till 10.01.2025. In the meantime, she was arrested in an another case and now she is in judicial custody and she is unable to comply the condition and hence prayed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition from 24.12.2024 to 10.01.2025 and thereafter, she has not complied the condition and investigation is not yet completed and hence strongly opposed to modify the condition.

5. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner was arrested in an another case and she is in judicial custody in that case, thereby she is not able to comply the condition imposed in this case. Hence it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to comply the condition in this case, after releasing on bail in the above said case.

5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
