This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for another one month for complying with the conditional order dated 20.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.18248 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.17123 of 2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 12.01.2024 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.18248 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.17123 of 2023, by an order dated 20.11.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
