These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay in filing a petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 6th appellant and to bring on record 17th petitioner herein as legal representative of the deceased 6th appellant. 2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay is condoned, the abatement caused due to the death of the 6th appellant is set aside and the 17th petitioner herein / Kokila is brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 6th appellant and ranked as 24th appellant in the appeal. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
