These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay in filing a petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th appellant and to bring on record 18th & 19th petitioners herein as legal representatives of the deceased 8th appellant. 2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay is condoned, the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th appellant is set aside and the 18th & 19th petitioners herein are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 8th appellant and ranked as appellants 25 & 26 in the appeal.
