O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.100 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Mettur.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif at Mettur Dam to state as to how long he requires to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2022.

3. The learned District Munsif at Mettur Dam, Salem District has sent a report stating that the suit has been listed on 21.01.2025 for framing of issues. The suit is riped for trial and therefore, he requests six months time to dispose of the said suit.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif at Mettur Dam, Salem District to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs. 2/4
