Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2024 and to deport the petitioner's mother Mrs.Santha, wife of Arumugam to Sri Lanka in accordance with law within a reasonable period as may be fixed by the Hon'ble Court.
