This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the STC No.927 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur and transfer the case to any other competent Court at Perambalur. 1/4
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to transfer the case in STC No.927 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur, to some other Magistrate in the same jurisdiction i.e. Perambalur District itself.
4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
