ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the land by measuring the property with G-Lines and F-Lines situated in Survey No.44/3B, Keezhkothur Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District measuring an extent of 0.95 cents out of 0-38.46 Hectares with adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's online Application dated 30.07.2025 vide. Application Reference No.2025/ 0123/ 04/ 004675 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owns the land comprised in Survey No.44/3B, 2/6

Keezhkothur Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District measuring an extent of 0.95 cents out of 0-38.46 Hectares. In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted an application before the second respondent and also paid requisite fees for the same. So far the second respondent did not take any steps to survey and demarcate the aforesaid land belongs to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid land based on the title deed produced by him, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There 3/6
