O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents not to attach/Sale the property at S.No.253/2 in Naganamangalam Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in view of the proceedings in D.No.63/2025 dated 20.01.2025, pending before the 2nd Respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the order was passed by the 2nd respondent on 20.01.2025 and after a lapse of about ten months from the said order, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction not to attach or sell the subject property pursuant to the order dated 20.01.2025. Even as per the order dated 20.01.2025, the Village Administrative Officer and the Surveyor were directed to identify the 2/5
subject property. That apart, the subject property has now been identified and the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the said property has also been furnished.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no merits in the Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge any order of attachment or sale in respect of the subject property, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
