This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to substitute the petitioners herein as the legal heirs of the deceased A. Radhakrishnan, who was the second respondent in the above Writ Petition, and to implead them as respondents 2 to 4 therein.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent in the Writ Petition died on 11.05.2021 and that the present petitioners, being the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, are entitled to be brought on record in the above Writ Petition. Further there is no serious objection on the side of the first respondent / writ petitioner.

3.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioners herein are permitted to be substituted as the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the Writ Petition and to be impleaded as respondents 2 to 4. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 05.02.2026 1/2 kv Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments pursuant to the aforesaid order.
