It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the additional remuneration as directed by this Court is already paid and the learned Advocate Commissioner also acknowledged the receipt of the same. However, the learned counsel for the applicant also submits that the vehicle is also not traceable and seeks to withdraw this Application. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and also in view of the endorsement made by him, this Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
