Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.4207/C3/2003 dated 05.06.2003 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to evaluate the Teacher Training Certificate of the petitioner by taking into consideration her second improvement marks obtained in the year 1997 and evaluate the Karnataka Teachers Training Certificate of the petitioner.
