ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9476 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. In this case, no legal heir certificate has been produced and hence, the compensation has been deposited in the Civil Court in LAOP No.117 of 1986. However, it is stated in the status report that the land owner's son viz., E.Ponnusamy has been given with job assistance and he has been appointed as Mazdoor - Gardener. On this aspect also, the respondent can pass order in the application given by the petitioner.
