ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9479 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. It is stated that the job assistance was given to the mother of the petitioner viz., Manoranjitham, but she did not respond. Even according to the respondent, the said person died. It is difficult to understand how the person who died could respond for the job offer given by the respondent. In such case, it is appropriate for the respondent to consider the job application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
