ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9293 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. There is no remark given in the status report as to the compensation and so far as the job assistance is concerned, it is stated that no job is given in this case. It is further stated that the petitioner has filed a Writ Petition for seeking the very same relief in W.P.No.19649 of 2019 and that has been dismissed.

3. It is not the petition filed by the respondent. However, the respondent considered the order of dismissal passed on the petition filed by the petitioner is an obstacle for considering the application of the petitioner for job assistance. But, it is stated that the cut off date for submitting the application is fixed as 28.04.2018 and the applications filed later than the said date will not be entertained.

4. In such case, the petitioner should prove that he has filed the Page No.2 of 4

application prior to the said date. Hence, it is for the petitioner to produce documents to that effect and the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, if it is in accordance with law.
