ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9819 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. In this case, one I.Arumugam S/o. Iruchappan has been given with job assistance as Labourer on contract basis in the year 2016. The report does not explain how I.Arumugam is related to the land owner. So the respondent shall pass orders on the application given by the petitioner and if the petitioner still aggrieved, she can challenge the same in the manner known to law.
