ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9597 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. As per the status report, the compensation has been deposited in the Civil Court in LAOP.No.186/1986 for want of documentary evidence. However, it is also stated that A.Rajaram, A.Marimuthu, P.Kumari and V.Shanmugam who are said to be the family members of the land owners have been accommodated by giving the job of Junior Assistant, Mazdoor and Peon-cum-Watchman. If that is so, it is appropriate for the respondent to pass orders in this regard.
