ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9817 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. In this case, the compensation was deposited in the Civil Court in LAOP No.153/87. One R.Manjini, S/o Rajamanickam, who is said to be the petitioner's father has been given with job assistance of Junior Assistant. Despite the petitioner's father has been given with job as being recognised as the family member of the land owner Rajamanickam, the petitioner also filed an individual application seeking another job assistance. The petitioner's father Manjini is said to have gone on voluntary retirement with effect from 06.12.2016. Let the respondent pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner.
