ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9287 of 2021 dated 15.11.2023.

2. As per the status report filed in respect of the petitioner involved in this Contempt Petition, it is stated that the father of the petitioner Kamalakannan is not the rightful owner of the property in R.S.No.174/2. In that case, the respondent shall pass orders by stating the above reasons. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can challenge the same by initiating appropriate proceedings.
