Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore, on the next hearing date and thereafter, the date fixed by the trial Judge.
