This Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted to the petitioner / A3 for execution of bail bond in Crl.M.P.No.955 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10581 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "The District Legal Services Authority, Salem District" Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
