ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Mustapha, aged about 44 years, who has been missing since 14.06.2025 before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's husband borrowed loan from many persons, since, he could not pay the amount, he left house. In this regard, FIR is lodged and the police will secure the petitioner's husband and produce before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
