ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant permission to the petitioner to travel abroad freely by relaxing the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22220 of 2024 pending investigation.

2. Mr.M.Shreedhar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22220 of 2024, had imposed condition that the petitioner shall not leave India, without prior permission of this Court. He would submit that since the petitioner is a popular film producer, he has to leave the Country for the purpose of shooting any time and thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking permission of this Court to travel abroad.

3. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.5,50,00,000/-. He submitted that this Court, while granting bail, directed the petitioner not to leave the Country, without prior permission. He further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the other conditions.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.22220 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 that the petitioner is permitted to got out of the country. However, he shall intimate the respondent his itinerary and the place of his visit and he shall also furnish his mobile number and e-mail ID and also inform the respondent the date of departure to and arrival / return from the foreign country.
