2. The learned counsel for the sole respondent has raised serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Though the Award was passed on 31.08.2023, the award amount is yet to be deposited before the Tribunal. Due to financial constrains, delay of 225 days occurred in preferring the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 225 days shall stand waived.
