This petition has been filed to set aside the order of adjournment the learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai dated 16.11.2023 made in I.A No. 2 of 2022 in I.A.S.R No. 30756 of 2016 in O.S No. 2396 of 1986 on the file of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Considering the fact of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A No. 2 of 2022 in I.A.S.R No. 30756 of 2016 in O.S No. 2396 of 1986 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, till then, the Trial Court is directed not to proceed execution petition.
