This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 3 & 4 to condone the delay of 345 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
