These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 237 days in filing the petition; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
