Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. not known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Karthi the respondent police has conducted an enquiry in CSR No.350 of 2024. Since the amount has been settled, the enquiry was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
