O R D E R

The petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife. The husband has initiated H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2023 on the file of Sub-Court, Panruti. The petitioner being a permanent resident of Tindivanam and as she is taking care of a two year old child, seeks for the transfer of the proceeding from the file of Sub-Court, Panruti to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Tindivanam.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner wife is residing in Tindivanam and is attending to the needs of a toddler, I am inclined to consider the transfer petition. Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Panruti and transferred to the file of Principal Sub-Court, Tindivanam. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
