(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 07.10.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Salem, in S.C.No.60 of 2018, this petition has been filed.

2. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained by showing sufficient cause, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
