ORDER

The I Additional Labour Court, Chennai by the impugned award dated 18.07.2001 had directed re-instatement of the First Respondent without back wages but with continuity of service and all other benefits.

It is represented by Mr.P. Kannan Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner that after filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent was re-instated in service on 22.12.2001 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without prejudice to the contentions of the Petitioner and on his attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2006, the entire terminal benefits have been settled to him and was also receiving monthly pension till his death on 27.04.2010 and that nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. He has also filed a Memo dated 06.07.2018 to that effect. 4.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
