O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since trial has commenced, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further requested that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise all grounds before the trial Court and the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 2.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner qua withdrawal, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Crl.MP.No.20093 of 2023 is closed. However, acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any other date as may be required by the trial Court. The petitioner shall be duly represented by his counsel before the trial Court. Further, liberty is also granted to the petitioner to raise all grounds before the trial Court. 25.02.2026 dsn 2/4
