The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.06.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 506(ii), 120(B) read with Section 149 of IPC in Crime No.408 of 2021, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/3

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail on the ground that, it is a case of jumped bail and further recorded that the accused are absconding and preventing the trial to be commenced and now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, the case is posted for examination of LW1 to LW5.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner and stage of the case, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
