Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/State submitted that the petitioner has not been complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 24328 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.
