JUDGMENT
The suit for partition between the brothers has ended in a 1/4
compromise through mediation. A settlement agreement was entered into by the parties on 09.12.2024. A copy of the settlement agreement, signed by the parties and their counsels, has been filed. 2.
In view of the settlement agreement, the suit is decreed as prayed for. The terms of Settlement Agreement dated 09.12.2024 shall form part of the decree. The plaintiff is entitled to a refund of the Court fee, if any, permissible under law. Consequently, the connected Original Application is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
