PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to entertain any encumbrances or entries in the allotment order No.E3/7360/95 dated 29.03.1995 for the property situated at Plot No.417 at 18/35 Thiru.Vi.Ka. Nagar, 5th Street, Pulianthope, Chennai stands in the name of the 4th respondent in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024.
