2. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the affidavits filed accompanying the Miscellaneous Petitions, the delay of 18 days in filing the Original Side Appeals is condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
