This application has been filed seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral Tribunal by nine months from 17.11.2024.

2.I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking extension of the mandate. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit justifying extension of time.

4.The application is ordered and the mandate of the arbitral Tribunal is extended by nine (09) months from 17.11.2024.
