Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 327 days in C.M.A.S.R.No.153422 of 2024.

2. Ms.I.Malar, learned Counsel representing the Respondents 2, 3 and 5 undertakes to file Vakalat.

She has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay of 327 days in filing the Appeal is waived.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent, the petition in C.M.P.No.16009 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner/Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 327 days.
